¶ Nerdular nerdness
In all my playing around with Apple’s new operating system (“Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard” which is about four words too long to be a justifiable product name), I have really only nerded out in one thing: screen sharing.
I made William’s eyes widen with wonder by sitting in the other room on my computer, and control the one in front of him. I opened up a text doc and made it start speaking what I typed to him:
Hello, William. I am the computer.
Are you excited about Halloween? Are you ready to go trick-or-treating?
That wasn’t the really nerdy part. The nerdy part was to (later) start up screen sharing on the iMac while I was sharing the screen from my MacBook. The result was that kind of vision of eternity that’s usually reserved for temples.

so, quit the playing with the new toy and get down to the IMPORTANT, SIGNIFICANT business- post some Halloween pictures of the adorable children ! You DID take pictures I presume ?
